Shipping: Shipping rates depend on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.
Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations: We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return if for a refund, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in same unused condition in original packaging. No cancellations after orders are placed.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@merchantjoey.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages, this includes packages that show DELIVERED by the carrier but not received by the recipient.
